"The Million Dollar
Referral Hour"
"The Million Dollar
Referral Hour"
Our Million Dollar Goal
Our goal as a networking group is simple, yet purposeful... share leads and referrals among our members that collectively total $1 Million in referral revenue annually for the group.
How Do We Achieve This Goal?
Together! This is an ACTIVE and PURPOSEFUL networking group that focuses on getting to know each other, providing support, and not only referring business, but SEEKING out business for each other. We seek to accomplish this goal in the following formal and informal ways:
The "Million Dollar Referral Hour"
Twice a month (1 Virtual + 1 In-Person) we meet for an hour to learn more about each other and our businesses and collectively support each other in a casual, yet focused networking meetup. How we look to achieve such an aggressive goal is by taking an ACTIVE role in our meetings to get better acquainted with our group members and find ways to better help and refer each other.
Group Rules for Success
We keep it simple and know that the key to our success is through ACTIVE group engagement and networking. To help this along we ask each member to:
How Much Does This Cost?

Nope! Thought it best to get that one out of the way at the start. Like everything else, you will get from this group what you put in.
We ask that you attend at least one meeting each month (either the virtual or in-person) and at least one in-person meeting each quarter. After three consecutive missed meetings your business category will be opened for a new member.
While referrals are the core goal of this group, it is understandable if a meeting goes by and you don't have any referrals to offer. If you are attending meetings and getting to know the other members, referral opportunities will present themselves.
We all want immediate returns, but building trust and confidence in fellow members is a key element to networking and referral success. Be sure to actively attend each meeting and spend time outside of the meetings getting to know the other members. If you do this, referral opportunities are bound to present themselves.
Absolutely not! Ongoing communication between group members is encouraged and a critical key to success. Other channels will be made available so that you can easily share referrals in between meetings. Think of the meetings as a way to get to know each other and hold the group accountable for our collective success and goals.
We would only ask that you share the dollar value of any referrals received and closed. Being able to quantify the impact of the group will illustrate the value to fellow members.
There are no contracts, membership applications, or formal commitments of any kind. When you join we ask you to acknowledge your commitment to the group's overall success and understanding of the basic rules, but there is nothing legally binding about it.
While we take the goal of generating referrals and leads seriously, we are not an official business entity. We are a group of like-minded business owners, self-organized by volunteer members with like-minded goals. The group does neither collect nor earn revenue from its members.
